The International Affairs Society (IAS) is a student organization at The George Washington University committed to enhancing the experience of those students interested in the inner workings of international culture and diplomacy. IAS is an academic and social organization serving both the educational and recreational demands of students.

IAS Fall 2008 Welcome Week kicks off with our Welcome BBQ on Saturday 9/13, 11:00am-3:00pm, right in Kogan Plaza!

We'll be discussing Welcome Week, the IAS BBQ, community outreach opportunities, embassy visits, other IAS events and programs, The Globe International Affairs Journal, the GWU Model United Nations team, GWCIA XIII and WAMUNC XI Staff Applications, GWUPIE, Mount Vernon and Freshmen Representatives, and much more!
