August 1: Registration opens
October 1: Early Registration ends
January 1: Regular registration ends
March 21: Late Registration ends
March 29: Position Papers will be due at 11:59 EST
April 2: Conference begins
April 5: Conference ends
Registration will occur in three phases: early, regular and late registration. Below are the fees for each respective registration period:
Early: October 12th- December 12th
Delegate Fee (per delegate): $15.00
School Fee: $50.00
Regular: December 13th – February 20th
Delegate Fee (per delegate): $20.00
Faculty Advisor Fee (per faculty advisor): $60.00
School Fee: $100.00
Late: January 2 – March 21
Delegate Fee (per delegate): $90.00
Faculty Advisor Fee (per faculty advisor): $75.00
School Fee: $150.00
WAMUNC XXII is happy to announce our reduced hotel rates for 2020: $179/night
In order to reserve your hotel rooms, you must first have submitted your payment. After that, our Director of Conference Relations will be in contact with information on how to book your stay.
Registration will occur on our website, which will prompt users to fill in information about their delegation. The registration page may be found here.
